About the pull request
if you are far from roof edge you should not be able to shoot someone just under it, angles, same with shooting up, when you are next to a wall you can hardly shoot someone on the other side of the rooftop. Gradual decrease in accuracy, down to 0% hitchance the harder it would be for your character to see the target on other z level
