About the pull request
USCM and UPP Movie sections. I have NOT included dropship personnel or synthetics - the former I personally believe are just glorified deathprops (or they otherwise sit around most of the op) and as such I feel it's not respecting of players to require them to roll for this role - I suggest pulling from dchat to fill these slots. Synthetics is obvious why I didn't add.
USCM gets Civilian Advisor and Corporate Liaison.
UPP replaces the Platoon Commander with a MSS Operative Agent, and has a Civilian Specialist. I replaced the PltCo because MSS outranks them regardless of the rank difference and adding a third step in the chain of command above the PltCo just seems like a recipe for disaster - either way their presence is meant to mimic the distrust the CL usually garners.
I also added vehicles (and a 'vehicle bay' to Chapaev) to both shipmaps, with some items floating in space GMs can copy/paste if they want to be nice and add spares.

It's aliens day, the old PR #625 is not viable currently so I cribbed bits and remade it but using the golden arrow
