feat: add tags to Listener Rules @oycyc (#100)
Add tags from the context to the listener rules. This module provisions a target group (already has tag applied using the context), and listener rules (which are missing the tags).
Why tags? For visibility, both within the resource itself on AWS, and on the ALB listener level. And of course, tagging is best practices (organizations who enforce tags will fail that check without this).

🚀 Enhancements
Add listener_http_header_conditions to the resources where it is missing @wszychta (#57)
what
- This PR gives ability to define
listener_http_header_conditionsfor all types of listeners created by this module.
why
- We have discovered that we are unable to have that option when we are using
hostsconditions. No matter if it is authenticated or unauthenticated hosts. - In my opinion this option should be avaliable for all types of checks.
v0.25.1

what
- Use context tags
why
- This way we can pass in the
contextto tag the resource instead of having to supply thetagsin manually. Thetagsare already passed into thecontextinputs.

include protocol_version for the default target group @azarudeena (#64)

- made in this sync with the alb module
why

v0.24.3
Override target group name @nitrocode (#63)
what
- Override target group name
why
- Target group name is limited to 32 chars
- Overriding it will allow us to tag it correctly using the context and reduce the name
- Workaround is to create the target group outside of the module and feed it in, but that's no fun
