Add Rust test vectors for Type1, Type2, Type5

Ensure compatibility with Rust implementation

Tokens taken from interrop list by @raphaelrobert.

Note:

• The repository does not implement independent Type 5, only amortised. These have been stripped from the vectors
• Names for the tokens remain on the old draft. Amortised and Generic tokens are the new names. This is both to help make the review easier, and to gather the WG feedback before merge.
