Description of Changes
This file just saved the output of
cargo ci --helpfor all the subcommands. It caused headaches in #5687. I could continue trying to find a clever way to fix it, but afaik nobody uses this file anyway, so 🤷 one less thing to remember to update with PRs that change this binary.API and ABI breaking changes
