This allows you to run clippy entirly offline (which helps when running on a laptop with a bad internet conneciton like the Sasquatch theater at PAX West ... :P ) Also updated the documenation and added a simple demo page

PAX West ... :P ) Also updated the documentation and added a simple demo
page. I edited src/load.js and build/clippy.js but I didn't know what build tool you used so I compressed/minified the code using Google Closure Compiler Service which I tested using the tiny demo page I created.
