As mentioned here (aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit#4085), I tried curating a component to a LicenseRef and could not successfully submit a PR. I had to first curate "OTHER" and then I updated the yaml on the PR: clearlydefined/curated-data#29191.
Will curation support for LicenseRefs be added to ClearlyDefined?
I was also unable to curate the LICENSE file itself, which says "Elastic-2.0," which is wrong, on https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/nuget/nuget/-/ChilliCream.Nitro.App/20.0.2
