Delete pip-requirements.txt file which included unrelated requirements

@amercader - pip-requirements.txt was added in PR to “Update the Travis Setup” #120 - At the time I think I was looking at another CKAN extension as a reference point that had a pip-requirements.txt. I guess all references to pip-requirements.txt should be taken out of the GitHub workflow (test.yml) file also in this PR |
