Sometimes it's nice to be able to write few streams into one file easily.
This assumes the same filter to be applied to all interfaces. Is it correct to create a filter buffer per interface?
Added support for optional static UTC offset to be added to each pcap/erf file to correct for TAI vs UTC raw hardware clocks.
