[Release] Chameleon Colour Update

Added a list item to the Primary Colours menu of vMenu that allows players to set their vehicle colours with the new chameleon colour ramps from Expanded & Enhanced.

For this to work, You will need to be streaming the custom Chameleon Colours mod on FiveM.

You can set the convar to set server_using_chameleon_colours "false" to disable the chameleon colours (default), or set server_using_chameleon_colours "true" to enable the chameleon colours.

(This vMenu resource is only to add the colours to vMenu, In order to stream these custom colours, Please read below!)
