Show current students (and their guardians) by default, with a button to show all students or guardians. Also adds a count of the number of users being displayed. Signed-off-by: Ben Beauregard <[email protected]>

Hide graduated students (as well as guardians that only have graduated students). Adds a button to the Student and Guardian pages to show the hidden users if desired.
Also adds a count of the number of users being displayed.
