Description:
image_processing.cpproj is the CellProfiler pipeline to generate quantification result for high-content screening images generated by Opera Phenix Plus High-Content Screening System.
screen_processing.ipynb is the jupyter notebook file, which contains the example of python codes for analyzing the quantification result generated by CellProfiler.
example.zip is the example data for the screen_processing script.
