Divided the project description and Included a key features sections, shorten and clarified the features. Updated the installation section to include python version. Updated the filters section to match python code. Added an example sections to show how filters are used. Clarified the 'only' operation section. Added a contribution section with instructions on how to contribute to this repository. Added a license section at the bottom.
