Pubquiz system

backend - dotnet 5.0 WebAPI backend
team-frontend - vue.js frontend for participating teams

Startup info:

team-frontend: in frontend folder vue ui -> serve -> start task -> start app
backend: in backend/Pubquiz.Webapi: dotnet run

Seeded users / games

quizmaster: username Quiz master 1 password qm1
Startcode for the default game: JOINME
