Add AtlasNodes contributions

Overview

This PR adds AtlasNodes to the Awesome Celestia resources list in the appropriate alphabetical order within the "Node operator contributions" section.

Background

AtlasNodes is a blockchain infrastructure provider that has been actively contributing to the Celestia ecosystem through various services and community resources.

Goal

To include AtlasNodes' contributions to the Celestia community in the official awesome list, making their services discoverable by other community members and developers.

Changes Made

• Added AtlasNodes section in alphabetical order (after "Arabic" community section and before "AutoStake.com")
• Included all AtlasNodes services and contributions:
  • Testnet infrastructure (RPC, API, gRPC endpoints)
  • Tools (Light Explorer, Oracle AI Bot, Faucet, RPC Dashboard)
  • Custom Explorer for both Testnet and Mainnet
  • Community content (Medium articles and Twitter threads)
  • Website reference

Services Provided by AtlasNodes

• Infrastructure: Testnet RPC, API, and gRPC endpoints
• Tools: Light Explorer, Telegram Oracle AI bot, testnet faucet, RPC dashboard
• Explorer: Custom Celestia explorer for both networks
• Education: Technical guides and setup tutorials
• Community: Active social media presence and educational content
