EXPERIMENTAL: DO NOT MERGE
This PR adds the ability to generate threat statements using an OpenAI key and GPT-4-Turbo. Because the entire flow diagram is sent, the prompt uses a lot of tokens and each query costs around 1 cent. We need to optimize this before it can go into deployment.
