Summary
This PR adds German (de) as a supported app language, as requested in #330.

The APK build (
./gradlew assembleDebug) could not be verified locally due to the large Gradle/Android SDK download (~500 MB) timing out on a slow connection. The XML files follow the same structure as existing translations (es, pt, ko, ja).Request: Could a team member please run
./gradlew assembleDebugto confirm the build compiles? If there are any issues, I will fix them promptly. Once the build is verified, this PR is ready for a full review of the German translations.
