Removing old Mcp files
- Introduced .gitignore to exclude environment and data files. - Improved response parsing in ResponseParser to handle various file formats and ensure essential files are created if missing. - Added error handling for vector store initialization in main.py. - Updated JSON responses for better clarity on build success and failure.
