Reverts #7766
Reverting previous token registry submission due to adoption of improved security and key‑management practices.
Developed new automation tools for safer and more consistent policy and metadata generation.
Note: the original submission wallet was never funded, so no tokens were minted under that policy.
This revert prepares for a clean, verified re‑submission using the updated process.
