Drop Python 3.4 support.

@imomaliev Not yet. I have a commercial project that uses this + Python 2.7. So for now, keeping this around.
Will re-visit after Python2's EOF date.

@cameronmaske how about now? and only py3+ for that matter.

If anyone truly needs a backport, couldn't that be on a separate "older" branch?
