Addressing Linter issues
Updated version numbers from '0.0.1' to '1.0.0' in multiple instances and corrected quotes in the OpenAPI YAML file. Addressing linter issues
…sues Updated CAMARA common data types with new fields and modified existing descriptions. Changed x-camara-commonalities value to 'tbd' and adjusted various schema definitions for clarity and consistency.
Updated OpenAPI overlay specification with versioning and improved descriptions.
Updated the description for TimePeriod and added error response schema template comments.
