This pull request refactors the codebase into a set of modular packages, each with clearly defined boundaries and responsibilities. This is a non-breaking change; the main
voltrapackage continues to serve as the primary entry point by re-exporting all necessary methods from its sub-packages. Note that this structure is foundational and will evolve in future iterations.
