As a first step toward #112 we run the normal tests then an extra workflow runs the
test/firestore_emulator.dartis essentially the same astest/firestore_test.dartjust set to use the firestore emulator.test/firestore_emulator.dartdoens't end in '_test' so isn't picked up by the generaldart run testin other steps.
