…ioPortal backend API. cBioPortal backend integrates with Matchminer API. cBioPortal frontend does not communicate with Matchminer API.
Lists all trials match results in a table without any grouping.
Working version of CTIMS integration with cBioPortal
Add Trial, Arm and Detailed view. Added formatting data rows and grouping data rows by trial and trial-arm
Add SampleID Icons to show which samples matched and format Date in a user readable format
