Summary

• Updates authored Mix docs for current token, theming, mix_lint, and API guidance.
• Rewrites and formats the skills/mix-coding skill references for current Mix 2.0 usage.
• Adds eval coverage for source-aligned Mix examples, including typed dot shorthand, variants, tokens, widgets, and animations.

• Removed the untracked rewrite-plan doc and did not include it in this PR.
