• Refined transcript layer handling to remap scatter data, honor filtered selections, and preserve gene-aware coloring and opacity during interaction callbacks.
• Styled the Yearbook control panel and bar containers to mirror the Landscape layout with mode buttons, sliders, and bar rows.
• Extended the Yearbook Python widget to expose traitlets for grid sizing, windowed view control, metadata uploads, and optional AnnData-derived cell attributes.
