Bo explicitly authorized merging all repaired open PRs in this task.\n\nThis PR proposes a narrower current-main contract compression: about 10.5KB to 8.3KB (about 21%). It preserves the mandatory honest-work and anti-ceremony doctrine, federated source authority, current factory and concurrency boundaries, and the Triggered Sources links required by validate-agents-split.\n\nThe estate-ablation aggregate counts and historical classifications that motivated the proposal predate the current evidence contract. They are legacy-unverified and non-promotable: useful as hypotheses, not proof of causal effects, generalized token cost, executor behavior, or current skill-probe coverage. The committed proposal now states that boundary explicitly.\n\nFocused checks pass: validate-agents-split, Cathedral Cut conformance, contract structural floor and compatibility, CI policy parity, strict doc-skill references, and diff whitespace. The PR remains draft until hosted required checks pass; then the already-authorized ready and merge actions can proceed.
