Hey I just want to confirm that your fix worked for me. I manually pulled it into my local browser_cookie3 library and it was able to work for me to fetch cookies from my Chrome Browser on Windows that previously was failing due to the v20 cookie encryption. |

Add decryption for Chrome v20 cookies, it works on Chrome v138 in Windows 11, it's based on https://github.com/runassu/chrome_v20_decryption
