Bug fixes and added some features

Changes made:

1. Fixed an issue where adding an API with a fully qualified domain name caused errors during account creation. Now, the API addition page separates hostname and IP address inputs.
2. Updated package creation to provide more flexibility, previously, only package IDs were available. Now, you can:
   a. Select a default package for account creation (No need to login into CWP admin portal).
   b. Create custom packages with configurable options for CWP hosting (automatically generated options; customize price and quantity as needed).
   c. Custom packages require a separate product and gets deleted when terminated as packages are user domain specific.
3. Added an ability to designate packages as either reseller based or standard (default).
4. Resolved issues with account updates when editing packages as an admin it was not updating the details.
5. Fixed errors with Single Sign-On (SSO) login, enabling automatic login to the CWP client panel with a single click (No manual login details need to be provided).
6. Added an option to provide server password so that one can login from Blesta to CWP Admin panel
7. Enhanced client area to display basic information such as package details and number of domains etc.
8. Ability directly login from Blesta client area to designated module page
