Just a few notes on the CiphSafe source here.

• it originally started in cvs then (via cvs2svn) moved to subversion, now finally it is in git, so some things may appear to be a bit odd in places
• a branch (update104) was created, while svn was being used, to transition to 10.4-specific features; since there's lots of history in that branch it was pushed to github along with master
• references to tickets won't make sense as those tickets were in trac on my local machine (not sure if there's much value in bringing those tickets elsewhere since the commits should tell the story)
• there have been some changes recently, all of which are just to get CiphSafe working with 64bit (and that includes currently needing 10.5+)
