RIO-Interlock-System

RIO Interlock System is a runtime governance layer that enforces structural seperation between AI generation, validation, and execution. No component can both produce output and authorize action. Every decision is logged before it executes. Current AI deployments let the same system generate outputs and decide whether to act on them. RIO fixes this structually by spliting those functions into isolated execution contexts with cryptographic binding between them.

About

RIO Interlock System is a governance framework for human–AI interaction that prevents silent authority transfer. It enforces human final authority, explicit uncertainty, auditability, and non-autonomous behavior by design, treating AI safety as a control problem rather than a behavior problem.
