send-broadcast.ts uses Node builtins that aren't available in the Astro/Cloudflare type context. It's a CLI-only script and doesn't need to be checked during the website build.
Replace the single hardcoded binary check with a cascading priority table and stale PATH detection. Obsidian 1.12.7+ bundles a dedicated obsidian-cli binary (~10x faster) and changes the PATH registration mechanism from a ~/.zprofile entry to a /usr/local/bin symlink. Closes bitbonsai#92

Adds a CLI flag
--exclude <patternto block paths / files from all vault tools. The flag is repeatable, so multiple patterns can be combined.Usage:
npx @bitbonsai/mcpvault ./Vault --exclude Private --exclude "Private/**"This passes the patterns through to createServer via a new excludePatterns option on CreateServerOptions, which wires them into pathfilter at startup. If a custom pathfilter is provided directly, excludePatterns is ignored.
