Functional prototype to enhance OPG with capabilities to retrieve and analyze public datasets. A GEO accession number or ArrayExpress accession number can be used. GEO, ReCount and ArrayExpress are queried. A check for validity of accession number is run. In significant number of cases colnames(counts) and rownames(samples) do not match in retrieved public data. A simple recovering code snipped was added based on the fact that colnames(counts) may be within the metadata (common thing in GEO). A few sections need enhancements (wip).
