Automated V1 transition agent for institutional Web3 platforms — enforcing EIP-2981 royalty standards, post-quantum security, and HAC-Grade provenance compliance.
The Sovereign V1 Agent is an intelligent automation framework designed to guide institutional Web3 platforms through a structured V1 transition. It analyzes platform readiness, enforces compliance standards, and generates actionable transition roadmaps.
Built on the Neural Capital OS architecture, it integrates:
- EIP-2981 on-chain royalty enforcement
- Post-quantum cryptography (ZK-SNARKs, Crystals-Kyber, Dilithium3)
HAC-Grade Provenance standards for institutional-grade asset tracking
- VOLTS token staking and minting mechanics
Feature Description EIP-2981 Enforcement Automated royalty standard compliance checks and contract deployment Post-Quantum Security Integration with ZK-SNARKs, Crystals-Kyber, and Dilithium3 algorithms HAC Compliance HAC-Grade Provenance verification for institutional asset management VOLTS Token ERC-20 token with minting caps and staking reward mechanics Readiness Scoring Automated V1 readiness scoring (0-100) across all compliance dimensions Transition Roadmap Auto-generated prioritized transition plans with time estimates GitHub Actions CI Automated issue analysis and workflow integration

The VOLTS ERC-20 token powers the Sovereign V1 ecosystem:
- Max Supply: Configurable minting cap
- Staking: Built-in staking mechanics with reward distribution
Governance: Designed for Neural Capital OS integration
