Fix the config file of HAKRCF405V2.
Hello, developers. This firmware was uploaded a long time ago. However, in our recent tests, we found that when the firmware of the 4.5 series was burned online to the flight control board, the VTX supply voltage was 0V. After investigation, it was discovered that the configuration of the following parameters was missing in the initially uploaded version:

#define PINIO2_CONFIG 129
After we increased it, the VTX voltage was normal and it worked normally. Therefore, we sincerely hope that the relevant developers can help us improve the configuration file of the original version. Thank you very much!
