Summary

bump sha2 from 0.10 to 0.11
bump uuid from 1.22.0 to 1.23.0
keep the tray eframe/egui upgrade isolated for a separate PR because it currently causes the Windows-only wgpu-hal conflict

Validation

cargo fmt --all -- --check
cargo check --workspace
cargo test --workspace
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings
