Local fonts + SF typography

PR to explore:

• introducing fonts that are included with the system rather than making a request to google fonts
• introducing a non-small-caps-body-text font to the SF theme
• adding some typographic variation, e.g. a condensed font for dense text in narrow spaces, such as assets, the oracle browser, and chat messages. rough example:

things I'm still figuring out:

• adjusting variable font widths didn't work when i tried them earlier - not sure what's up with that, so it currently imports multiple widths of the same font
• ideally, the fonts get copied to system/fonts when they get bundled, but I'm still figuring out how to make rollup do that.
