Revamped Media App w/ Sidebar

This is a refactor of the media app that supports more kinds of items inside the grid. Uploading files now appear in the grid. In the future this will enable things like labels and folders (taxonomy terms) to be placed in the grid.
This rework also allow photos to animate from their place in the grid to the detail screen and back, even when scrolled down.

Things remaining to put back together

• Upload drop area - just the top upload card is hooked up right now.
• Filters - need to add order/orderby back and handle type and labels when sidebar isn't present.
• Photo type needs an icon
• Document items need a title
• Grid item quick actions
• List appearance
