## Summary

Consolidates all pending Renovate dependency upgrade PRs into one:

- **swift-nio** 2.92.0 → 2.97.1 (both `Package.swift` files +
`Package.resolved`)
- **@typescript/native-preview** `7.0.0-dev.20260109.1` →
`7.0.0-dev.20260414.1`
- **oxlint** `^1.41.0` → `^1.60.0`
- **tsdown** `^0.20.0` → `^0.21.0`
- **pnpm-lock.yaml** regenerated — absorbs `ws`, `@playwright/test`,
`@types/node`, `vite-plugin-wasm` lockfile bumps
- **Cargo.lock** — removes stale transitive entries no longer required
