Add support for aggregate metrics and win rate calculate in evaluation with sagemaker training jobs..

Here are screenshots for manual testing. I was not able to figure out what parameters are needed to get both base and custom model evaluation working. Currently working on that to prove the comparison table is correctly generated when both evaluations are present.
