Issue: Lambda Function Name Discrepancy in chalice package sam.json file

When I create a lambda function using AWS chalice and specify a custom name with the @app.lambda_function(name="my_lambda_function") , I noticed that the name in the generated sam.json file is being changed to something like ("MyLambdaFunction") instead of the specified name
