Serverless SCTE-130 POIS (Placement Opportunity Information Service) reference implementation for SCTE-35 signal conditioning in live video workflows: ESAM endpoint with a configurable rule engine, Virtual Input Switching support for AWS Elemental Live, MediaLive schedule actions, and a React management dashboard. Deployed with AWS CDK.

Initial release of the POIS reference server: serverless SCTE-130/ESAM implementation for SCTE-35 signal conditioning (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, CDK) with a React management dashboard.
Security review: approved PCSR (internal). Sanitization checklist completed: no secrets, no account IDs, no internal references; history is a single clean commit.
