This pull request adds a folder "mlops-template-terraform", which serves as a template to bootstrap and provision AWS infrastructure with Terraform including Amazon SageMaker Studio resources. Further, it contains a project template and seed code for training/building models with SM pipelines with CICD capabilities and instructions to set up a CICD pipeline to manage the model endpoint deployments with Terraform.
