There is an issue with the syntac at line 166 of the cloudformation template ./infra/infra.yaml. Remove colon from !Ref S3BucketRegion The template previously used `!Ref: S3BucketRegion`, which caused a validation error: "Encountered unsupported function: Fn::Ref" Changed to the correct syntax `!Ref S3BucketRegion` to resolve the issue.
