Bugfixes

Fixed bugs:

• Data corruption during chunked reading of the project file
• Incorrect calculation of orphaned blocks
• Incorrect parsing of boolean entries, "0" is treated as "true". That part of the code is not executed in projects created with 3.6+, but maybe affects older projects?
• possible out of bounds access during dictionary parsing. the same note as above
