Bug: Lockfile not updated with new dependency version
The opentelemetry-exporter-otlp version was updated to 1.39.1 in pyproject.toml, but the uv.lock file still references version 1.39.0. This version mismatch means users running uv sync --locked will install the old version, defeating the purpose of the upgrade. The lockfile needs to be regenerated to reflect the updated dependency.
