Distro.toml manifests, Distro.lock for reproducible installs, provider groups, shared variables with template resolution, and the astrid init flow.

Formalizes the distro system as shipped in v0.5.0: Distro.toml manifests with os-release metadata, Distro.lock for reproducible installations, provider groups for multi-select, shared variables with template resolution, and the astrid init flow.
Replaces closed PR #17 which described the pre-implementation design.
