Formalizes the capsule interface system as shipped in v0.5.0: imports/exports with semver versioning, WIT interface definitions, boot-time validation, install-time export conflict detection, and middleware interceptor chain with Continue/Final/Deny semantics.
Replaces closed PRs #9, #10, #12, #13, #15, #19 which described the pre-implementation design.
