The preview
uv lockJSON output needs a schema that describes what the command actually serializes. Generate it from the report types, use the common report-version type, and document the distinction between freshness, proposed or completed actions, mismatch reasons, and errors. Internal bookkeeping is excluded, and omitted optional fields describe their non-null serialized values.
