This pull request expands and improves Taiga issue tracking and reporting in both backend and dashboard components. The backend now captures additional date fields for all issue types, while the Grafana dashboard is updated to provide a more comprehensive, multi-type view of Taiga issues, including new panels and improved filtering capabilities.

Backend enhancements for issue tracking:

  • Added CreatedDate, UpdatedDate, and (where applicable) ResolutionDate fields to the issue conversion logic for epics, tasks, and issues in the Taiga plugin, improving data completeness for analytics and reporting. [1] [2] [3]

Dashboard improvements for multi-type reporting:

  • Updated the dashboard content, panel titles, and descriptions to reflect support for all Taiga issue types (User Stories, Tasks, Issues/Requirements, Epics), replacing references to "User Stories" with "Issues" and clarifying metric definitions. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

New panels and metrics:

  • Added a new "Issue Type Breakdown" section with pie, bar, and time series charts showing distribution, open/closed counts, and monthly creation trends for each issue type, as well as average lead time per type.

Improved dashboard filtering:

  • Enhanced the "Issue Type" variable to support multi-select, allowing users to filter panels by multiple issue types simultaneously.

Other dashboard adjustments:

  • Updated dashboard version and layout to accommodate new panels and ensure proper placement. [1] [2]
